Small Bali Wedding is a Denpasar agency registered as PT Bali Journey Creation that focuses on intimate weddings, micro weddings and elopements for couples from abroad. Its planners include Mery, who began planning weddings in 2015, and Putri, who returned to Bali in 2019 to work in events, and the team handles scouting, budgeting, design, styling and the management of the day itself.
The core offer is a set of hotel packages that bundle the venue with the wedding: a beach ceremony and reception, a celebrant, hair and make-up for the bride, two nights' stay for the couple, a floral arch and bouquet, six hours each of photography and video, a one-tier cake, a buffet and a sound system. Partner hotels include Sol by Meliá Benoa, Prama Sanur Beach and Nusa Dua Beach Hotel.
Beyond hotel packages, the team plans villa, chapel, clifftop, water and waterfall weddings, proposals and vow renewals, and arranges the religious ceremonies needed for a legal marriage. Hotel package prices include tax and service; a 50 per cent deposit secures the booking and the balance is due 30 days before the date. Planners stay in close contact through long lead times, often more than a year.
