Luxury Weddings Indonesia was founded in 2015 by Ria Kentjono after 15 years in five-star hotel management, including running weddings at AYANA Resort. Based in Nusa Dua, the company keeps a small full-time team and offers full-service planning for resort and private-estate weddings, so couples work with people who know how large hotels run their events from the inside and what they expect from outside suppliers.
Planning follows a clear sequence: a budget forecast early on, supplier selection, technical meetings with the venue and vendors, a rehearsal and full coordination on the day. Ria and her team work regularly at AYANA, The Apurva Kempinski, The Ritz-Carlton, Alila Villas Uluwatu, Khayangan Estate and The Ungasan, which helps when dealing with each venue's own rules, curfews and supplier policies.
