General enquiries and corrections
Email hi@baligasm.com. For a correction, include the page URL, what has changed and an official source where possible.
Partnerships and venue updates
Venues and tourism businesses can send factual updates or partnership enquiries by email or WhatsApp. A partnership does not guarantee editorial coverage or a positive review.
Privacy requests
Use the subject line “Privacy request” and give enough detail for us to find the relevant correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is needed for the request.
Bookings
Baligasm does not process bookings. Questions about a reservation, payment or cancellation should go to the provider you booked with, such as Booking.com or Klook.
