Travel information

Information published on Baligasm.com is provided for general travel and informational purposes. While we aim to keep content accurate and relevant, venue details, prices, availability, operating hours, promotions and services may change without prior notice. Confirm important details directly with the venue or provider before you travel or pay.

Bookings and affiliate links

Baligasm does not process bookings or collect payment for third-party reservations. Links may take you to independent platforms such as Booking.com and Klook, where availability, booking terms, cancellations, refunds and payments are handled by that provider under its own terms. Certain links are affiliate links, through which Baligasm may earn a commission at no additional cost to you; see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Content ownership and copyright

Content on Baligasm comes from several sources: original photographs, videos and editorial articles by the Baligasm team; photographs, videos, articles and promotional materials supplied by hotels, restaurants and other partners; and work by freelance photographers, videographers and content creators.

• Original Baligasm content is protected by applicable copyright law, subject to any third-party rights or contractual arrangements.
• Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Content supplied by partners or freelancers does not automatically become Baligasm’s exclusive property; ownership and usage follow the applicable agreements.
• You may link to our pages, but please do not copy or republish substantial parts of our content without permission.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material published on Baligasm infringes your rights, email hi@baligasm.com with the URL of the content, identification of the copyrighted work, and evidence of your ownership or authorisation. We will review the complaint and take appropriate action, including removing content where justified.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Baligasm is not responsible for inaccuracies in independently supplied third-party information or for the acts, omissions or services of external booking providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
