Bali Top Wedding

Bali Top Wedding is a licensed planner and organiser in Denpasar, founded in 2014 and a member of the Bali Wedding Association since 2016. It focuses on Indonesian couples and mixed-nationality weddings, and sells all-inclusive packages that run from basic to fully customised, with a team of planners and coordinators who handle each wedding from the first sketch to the final dance.

Services cover concept, budgeting and venue recommendations, then the ceremony itself, including the religious documents for a legally valid marriage, commitment ceremonies and vow renewals. Receptions range from garden lunches to clifftop dinners with flowers, catering, lighting, live music and traditional dance, and the team also produces after-parties with DJs, custom bars and dance-floor lighting to close the night. Elopements for two are planned with the same care, at clifftops in Uluwatu, white-sand beaches or quieter spots around Ubud.

Its current offers include private villa weddings, clifftop weddings and chapel weddings, each sold as an all-inclusive package and quoted by its planners on WhatsApp. Through its sister company Bali Top Holiday, it can also organise accommodation, transport and tours for family and guests, and it arranges team-building programmes and gala dinners for corporate groups. Each package is then quoted to the couple's guest count, chosen venue and preferred date.
