Avavi Bali Weddings

Avavi Bali Events is a planning and design studio founded by Elisabeth Natalia Herbert, who came from hospitality and has more than 15 years in luxury events. The studio sells no packages: each wedding is designed around the couple's story and priorities, from intimate celebrations to multi-day destination weddings in Bali and further afield. Elisabeth takes on a limited number of weddings each year and leads every one personally.

Work begins with an enquiry about the couple's vision and priorities, followed by an online meeting to refine ideas and answer questions. Once the date is fixed, the studio issues a service agreement and moves into planning: venue scouting, creative design, supplier management, timelines and coordination on the day. A hand-picked team of specialists and regular suppliers supports Elisabeth through each stage, from the first sketches to the final send-off.

Recent weddings include clifftop ceremonies above the Indian Ocean and welcome dinners that open a weekend of celebrations for guests flying in from abroad, at venues such as Raffles Bali, Jumeirah Bali, The Ungasan and Tanah Gajah as well as private estates. An in-house celebrant can lead the ceremony, which keeps the whole day under one team and one creative direction.
