Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data is processed when you browse Baligasm, choose your cookie settings, follow a link to another service or contact us, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Baligasm (baligasm.com) is operated by CV. BALI CREATIVE CUAN, Indonesia, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hi@baligasm.com.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and network providers record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and errors. This is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site.

Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary: one first-party cookie, baligasm_cookie_consent, remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, for 180 days.
Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, helps us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, referring sites, clicks on outbound links). These tools are not loaded and send no data until you click “Accept”. If you click “Reject”, they are not loaded and the site works exactly the same.
Optional embedded content: the Instagram posts on our homepage are loaded from Instagram (Meta), which may set its own cookies. Until you accept, we show plain links to the posts instead and load nothing from Instagram.
Advertising signals are always set to “denied”; we do not run advertising tags.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies on this site and reloads the page without analytics or Instagram embeds.

Embedded content and external links

OpenStreetMap map tiles are loaded on listing pages, and Instagram embeds only after you accept optional cookies (see above). Booking, deal, map, WhatsApp and social links take you to third-party services such as Booking.com, Klook, Google Maps and WhatsApp, which process data under their own privacy policies.

Information you send us

If you email or message us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, check a correction, handle a privacy or copyright request, or discuss a business enquiry.

How long we keep information

Google Analytics 4 user-level and event-level data: 14 months.
Correspondence, server logs and other records: only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for (for example answering your request or keeping the site secure), or longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
correct or update inaccurate information;
delete personal data, where applicable;
withdraw consent for optional processing (for analytics, use “Cookie settings” in the footer);
exercise other privacy rights available to you under applicable law.

How to make a privacy request

Email hi@baligasm.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe what you are asking for.
We review the request and, where reasonably necessary, verify your identity. We only ask for the information needed to do so.
We identify the relevant personal data and the rights and obligations that apply.
We handle the request in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 and other applicable regulations, including statutory deadlines.
We reply through the contact channel you used.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. Questions can be sent through our Contact page.
