Selection

We cover places, events and topics that help readers plan a Bali trip: location, experience, value and practical usefulness. Being listed is not a recommendation that a place suits every traveller.

Sources and labels

• Hotel descriptions and guest scores come from Booking.com and are labelled “via Booking.com” on stay pages.
• Restaurant ratings are Tripadvisor ratings and are labelled as such. Ratings are shown on their original scale.
• Star ratings are only shown when a property has one; we never fill in a default.
• Event information comes from the venue or organiser.

We do not present supplied or platform copy as an independent Baligasm review.

Authors

Journal articles carry a byline. Named contributors have an author page listing their articles; publication-level articles are credited to Baligasm.

Commercial relationships
