Dedot Photography

Dedot Photography is a Denpasar-based documentary photographer who works across Bali on weddings, elopements, engagement and pre-wedding sessions, as well as honeymoons, maternity shoots and family portraits. Much of the work is for couples and families travelling from abroad, and several clients return for later milestones, such as a maternity or family session a few years after their wedding or honeymoon in Bali.

The style is photojournalism: natural moments, honest emotion and the quiet frames in between, rather than stiff, set-piece posing. Pre-wedding sessions often become full-day journeys, starting before sunrise in Kintamani or Karangasem and moving on to rice terraces and waterfalls. Wedding work leans towards intimate villa celebrations such as Phalosa Villa, which suits small weddings and elopements where every guest is part of the story.

Video can be added to any booking, starting at IDR 3.5 million. Edited photos and videos are delivered within three days to one month, depending on the package, and the unedited images are supplied as JPG files. A 50 per cent booking fee secures the date, and the photographer is always happy to advise couples on locations and timing for sunrise and sunset sessions.
