BALIVIP Wedding has planned weddings in Bali since 2003 and is led by founder Veronika Prawasti, who chairs the Bali Wedding Association and has more than two decades in Indonesian hospitality. The Sanur team commits to a limited number of weddings each year, and its style is restrained and elegant, built around clifftop estates on the Bukit Peninsula, beachfront villas and resorts.
Each couple works with a dedicated planner and her team, who guide every decision, explain the options and keep the planning calm. The team liaises with florists, musicians, photographers and caterers, issues schedules, timelines and checklists, and runs the day itself from the first arrival to the last dance. Regular settings include Khayangan Estate, Villa Plenilunio and Pandawa Cliff Estate, Villa Vedas in Tabanan, Alila Villas Uluwatu and Jumeirah Bali.
An online calculator on its website gives a first estimate based on guest numbers, setting, month, length of stay, cuisine, service style, drinks, ceremony traditions, hair and make-up and entertainment. The team plans Western, Indian, Chinese and Balinese ceremonies as well as fusion weddings that honour both families, and can arrange airport meetings, guest rooms or a full resort buyout.
