About Aksari Resort Ubud
Aksari Resort Ubud is a pool-villa resort run by the Bali group iNi ViE Hospitality, set in Kenderan village in Tegallalang, north of central Ubud, on a ridge above a forested river valley. Its wedding venue is a bamboo chapel built in Balinese style, ringed by a pond and facing the jungle, with seating for up to 75 guests. Couples who prefer water can marry at the resort's infinity pool, which is set up for ceremonies on the water.
Six wedding packages are listed. The Bronze Blessing is for the couple alone, with two nights in a forest suite and a candlelit dinner. Emerald, Amethyst and Glamorous scale the chapel ceremony to 30, 50 and 70 guests, adding Royal villa stays, rindik music, acoustic sets and spa treatments for the couple. The Elysian package moves the ceremony to the infinity pool for 30 guests, and the Full Estate option takes every suite and villa for two nights for up to 66 guests.
The Full Estate package also covers five hours of DJ music, six hours of photography and the local banjar fee, which suits groups wanting the resort to themselves. Dinner receptions are held at Ankhusa, the resort restaurant, priced per guest with Balinese, Indonesian or Western buffets. All packages use a non-legal celebrant, so a legal marriage has to be registered separately. Aksari also arranges proposal set-ups and family dinners, and the wedding team answers enquiries on WhatsApp.
