About Love Bali Weddings
Love Bali Weddings is a Jimbaran planning team led by Wayan Triani, a Balinese planner with 22 years of experience in weddings. The team works on weddings of every size, from intimate beach ceremonies to private-villa receptions, chapel weddings and hotel celebrations, and puts as much weight on families and guests feeling looked after as on the couple's own plans for the day.
Full-service planning covers the budget, contact with every supplier, regular status reports on each booking, unlimited email and phone contact, and a technical meeting with all confirmed vendors, the couple and their parents. The team then prepares a detailed rundown and checklist, liaises with the venue on logistics and transport, and hands each guest a welcome letter and programme on arrival.
On the day, a crew of 12 led by a show director coordinates every supplier and keeps the schedule on time, and after the wedding the team can sit down with the couple to review vendor bills. Full planning starts from IDR 25,000,000, with the final fee set by the scale of the event. Extras such as welcome drinks or a post-wedding pool party can be built in.
