About The Ritz-Carlton Bali
The Ritz-Carlton, Bali sits on the cliffs and beach at Sawangan, at the southern end of Nusa Dua, with suites and villas spread between the clifftop and the shore. Weddings are handled by a dedicated team of planners, and the resort keeps a separate wedding Instagram account for ideas. The centrepiece is the Majestic Chapel, a glass-walled chapel standing on the sand with the ocean behind the altar and seating for 70. Beach ceremonies under a woven frangipani arch take up to 100 guests.
Receptions can stay small or go large. The chapel converts into a dinner venue for 40, and the Chapel Lawn beside it holds 40 by candlelight with direct beach access. Senses Lawn suits barbecues or themed buffets for 150, while the Cliff Lawn outside the ballroom seats up to 400 with views over the Indian Ocean. Couples wanting privacy can host 30 guests in the garden of a Cliff Villa or Oceanfront Villa, and the air-conditioned ballroom seats 120 as an indoor option.
The published Majestic Wedding Package covers two hours in the chapel, two nights in The Ritz-Carlton Suite, two preparation rooms, chapel decoration, a non-legal celebrant, a violin and cello duet, flower girls and umbrella boys in traditional dress, spa treatments for the couple and welcome drinks for 70 guests. Tax and service of 21 per cent are added. Reception menus, live music and dance performances are quoted separately, and the hotel takes enquiries by email or WhatsApp.
