Founder Daniel Ash chose the area for its distinctive momentum and tight-knit creative community. Trading a standard café opening for a curated sunset gathering, the launch set the exact tone for what to expect. The local crowd moved effortlessly from coffee discovery sessions into golden hour cocktails, grounded by a bespoke menu from Chef Wayan that merged Balinese flavours with classic Australian barbecue elements.

The new space serves up everything from classic espresso to single-origin pour-overs, reflecting the meticulous sourcing and roasting practices that put their original Osborne Park location on the map. Alongside the caffeine, the kitchen delivers a solid, unfussy breakfast and brunch menu tailored perfectly for your pre-beach fuel or post-surf recovery.
The venue itself is designed to act as a local anchor. During the launch, local artist Putu Surya D. Putra painted a live mural inspired by the island, which now serves as the centrepiece of the room. Vinyl Sessions and Morning Rhythms

Tracing back to Ash’s DJ background and the popular vinyl sessions in Western Australia, the Bali venue houses a custom-built DJ booth and a striking blue sound system. Launch night saw PNNY Collective’s Andy Chunes and Daffa go back-to-back, delivering a perfect taste of the infectious energy that defines the space.
This musical DNA translates to everyday operations through The Coffee Run. Every morning between 9:00 am and midday, a rotating roster of DJs sets the soundtrack for the early crowd. It is an intentional move to elevate the daily grind, redefining the standard of Coffee Canggu has to offer by merging specialty roasting with a distinctly social, upbeat atmosphere.
