Lyvin Bingin Villas

Lyvin Bingin Villas is a boutique enclave of ten three-bedroom pool villas on Jalan Pantai Bingin in Pecatu, near Bingin Beach on the Bukit Peninsula. It is run by Lyvin, a Bali villa brand developed by PT Lyvin Properties Indonesia, and was built around the mature teak trees already on the land.

Every villa has three bedrooms over two or three storeys, a private pool, an open kitchen and a dining area under vaulted ceilings. Four villas add a rooftop terrace with a built-in barbecue. Interiors use limestone textures, slatted facades and custom teak furniture.

Services include private check-in, a 24-hour front desk and concierge, daily housekeeping, free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging point. Booking.com lists an airport shuttle and family rooms.

Bingin Beach and its cliffside cafes are close by, and Uluwatu Temple is a short drive south. Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 17 km away.
