Artisan - Bingin

Artisan Bingin sits on Bingin Beach Road in Pecatu, a bright, two-level space with concrete walls, green bar stools and plenty of tables for brunch or a laptop session. It is the Bingin branch of a small Bali group that also runs cafes in Ungasan, near the Uluwatu cliffs and in Pererenan.

Mornings revolve around house-baked bread and pastries, stuffed bagels, scrambled eggs and sourdough toasts with coffee. After dark the room switches to warm lighting, a sharing menu from the wood-fired kitchen, a full cocktail bar and live jazz on Wednesdays and Fridays.
