Lyvin Melasti Villas

Lyvin Melasti Villas is a cliffside collection of ocean-view villas on Jalan Blimbing Sari II in Pecatu, above Melasti Beach on the Bukit Peninsula. It is run by Lyvin, a Bali villa brand developed by PT Lyvin Properties Indonesia, and is set across four cascading levels so that each green roof becomes a terrace for the villa above.

Villas come with two or four bedrooms, and Booking.com lists cliffside panoramic, cliffside ocean-view, poolside and family layouts. Each has a private pool facing the Indian Ocean, with floor-to-ceiling glass, Sulawesi marble floors and custom teak furniture, plus a kitchenette, washing machine, streaming TV and walk-in showers. A further block of suites is being added.

Guests get private check-in, a 24-hour front desk and concierge, free WiFi and free private parking, and Booking.com lists an airport shuttle. A restaurant and spa are planned but not yet open.

Melasti Beach is below the cliffs, and Uluwatu Temple and Jimbaran Bay are a short drive away. Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 13 km away.
