Sans Indian is an Indian restaurant run by The Wonderspace at Dedary Resort in Banjar Pinjul, Kenderan, between Ubud and the Tegallalang rice terraces. The dining room is modern and intimate, with rice field views. The menu covers North Indian classics and Indo-Chinese dishes: tomato dhania shorba, chicken tikka, lamb rogan josh, lamb biryani, a 24-hour marinated butter chicken, plus manchow soup, chilli paneer and chilli potato. Breads include chapati and Kerala parotta. It suits travellers who want a spice-forward meal outside the town centre, as well as vegetarians and small private groups.
