Riserva Steakhouse Ubud

Riserva is a modern European steakhouse at Equipoise Resort in Kenderan, run by The Wonderspace. It seats just 16 guests each evening in a glass-walled dining room, and every course is cooked over open fire.

Chef Armen leads the kitchen, with an a la carte grill menu and a set menu called "An Evening in Seven Chapters". The cellar holds more than 30 labels, from Champagne, Piedmont and Tuesday to Napa, Mendoza and Marlborough, including Krug, Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Opus One. It is curated by sommelier I Putu Erawan Ari Widhiantika.

It suits special-occasion dinners, proposals and small private parties, and the room can be booked exclusively.
