AKAR by K Club Ubud

Akar, meaning "root", is the dinner restaurant of K Club in Kedisan, Tegallalang, set in tropical rainforest north of central Ubud. The space runs over two floors with two bars and an open kitchen.

The kitchen focuses on charcoal-grilled meat and seafood, with a dedicated steak menu of premium imported cuts and organic local produce served with house-made sauces. There is also a curated wine list, a romantic four-course dinner set for couples and a cigar selection.

Monday to Thursday evenings are calm and relaxed. On Friday and Saturday a festive dinner starts at 18:30, and from 21:00 the room turns into a lounge with DJs, dancers and laser shows. Akar opens daily from 17:00 to 23:30 and also hosts private dinners and group events.
