Kojin Japanese Restaurant Ubud

Kojin is a Japanese restaurant run by The Wonderspace at Aksari Resort Ubud in Kenderan. Open since 2019, it is built around irori-style cooking and an open teppanyaki counter where guests sit around the grill and watch the chefs.

The menu covers teppanyaki sets, omakase, sashimi and rolls. Dishes listed include chutoro tataki, hamachi sashimi, duck breast, king prawn, kurobuta pork tonteki, salmon teriyaki and a saba shioyaki set. Sake and signature cocktails are served, with an afternoon happy hour.
