B3 is a bakery, specialty coffee bar and steakhouse in the new Alaya Suites Ubud on Jalan Raya Pengosekan, from Jakarta's MDA Restaurants group, opened in 2026. It is a café by day and a steakhouse by night. Try the B.E.K pastry (bulgogi and kimchi with an onsen egg, a Bali-only item), the bone-marrow zongzi and the Corny Bennie. The same hotel is also home to Carbón, a Latin American live-fire restaurant from the same group.
