8° Projects Group opened Estia in November 2025 as its take on Greek cooking, with a wood-fired kitchen inspired by the street food of Athens. A leafy courtyard leads into a room of timber and travertine with an open fire at its centre.

Meals open with house pita and spreads: whipped feta sharpened with burnt chilli, and taramasalata made from cured Greek cod roe. Lamb skewers with mint yoghurt and prawn saganaki with ouzo follow, with loukoumades in burnt honey to close. Pork gyros comes off the spit from 5 PM, and from Thursday to Saturday a late menu keeps the kitchen going until 2 AM.
