Tsune Sanur is a Japanese restaurant run by The Wonderspace on the upper floor of Seascape Resort Sanur on Jl. Aruna. Its centrepiece is a sushi river, a water channel where small boats carry plates of sushi past the counter, which the venue bills as the first in Indonesia. The kitchen covers sushi, sashimi and a Japanese fish grill. Dishes include crunchy unagi maki, daikon zu maki with salmon and maguro, toro and foie gras sashimi, prawn katsu sando, salmon skewers with miso caramel and a sushi festive platter of salmon, hamachi, maguro and toro. Breakfast is served in the morning. It suits couples, families and anyone looking for a calm Japanese dinner in Sanur.
