Mama Chew 360 Rooftop Jimbaran Bali

Mama Chew 360 Rooftop is a reservation-only restaurant on the rooftop of the owners' home in the Bumi Jimbaran Asri housing estate, Jimbaran. It serves Singapore-style home cooking, with live crab as the focus: chilli crab with mantou buns, salted egg crab, black pepper crab and caramelised crab, alongside dishes such as garlic prawn noodles.

Dinner runs from 18:00 to 22:00, Monday to Saturday, and orders must be booked at least one day in advance. It suits small groups and families who want a private, home-style seafood dinner.
