Flairs Ubud

Flairs is the signature restaurant of Asvara Resort in Kelusa, Payangan, north of Ubud, run by The Wonderspace. It serves contemporary Thai cooking with modern plating in a chic, intimate dining room, with breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00 and the lunch and dinner menu from 11:00 to 22:00.

Dishes include prawn toast with tom yum emulsion, pomelo seafood salad, tom yum goong, crispy pork belly fried rice, pad kra pao, beef short rib massaman curry, fried pork collar and steamed whole grouper. There is a cocktail list with Thai-accented drinks and an afternoon happy hour cocktail class.

It suits couples and small groups looking for Thai food outside central Ubud, and the venue can be booked in full for up to 28 guests.
