Aperitif Restaurant

Apéritif is a fine dining restaurant at Viceroy Bali, set above a jungle valley on the edge of Ubud, with an art deco-inspired dining room and private dining room. Several degustation menus, including a vegan menu, bring global techniques together with high-quality produce and lesser-known Indonesian ingredients, and the restaurant regularly hosts collaborations with visiting chefs. A large cellar and an in-house sommelier look after the wine pairings, while the Pinstripe Bar is the place for a pre-dinner cocktail, wine or whisky. Lunch runs from 12 pm to 2 pm and dinner from 6 pm, daily; booking ahead is recommended.
