Sanctuary Umalas

Sanctuary Umalas is an Italian restaurant run by The Wonderspace on Jl. Umalas 1, in the quiet residential area between Seminyak and Canggu. The open dining room looks onto a tropical garden and pool, with a separate cocktail bar under a crystal chandelier.

Pasta is made by hand and pizzas are wood-fired. Dishes include rigatoni alla vodka with prawns and whipped ricotta, baked vodka meatballs with stracciatella, prosciutto arancini, honey four cheese pizza, Black Angus rib eye, baked red snapper and tiramisu. Breakfast is served each morning.
