Nui da Mano

Nui da Mano is a Polynesian-inspired restaurant set right on Batu Belig Beach, from the creative collective behind Mano Beach House. Executive Chef Manu reinterprets Polynesian flavours and rituals with Balinese ingredients rather than copying traditional dishes, and the menu is built for sharing. Listed highlights include fried pork knuckle and Ota Povi beef tartare, alongside breakfast, lunch and dinner menus and a cocktail list.

A rotating Tribute to Polynesian Culture menu runs for limited periods, each one focused on a single cultural influence.

The open-air space uses natural textures, timber decks and beanbags on the sand, with a Moai stone statue as its centrepiece. It suits sunset drinks, relaxed family meals and large groups, and it also hosts group dining and private functions.
