The Boy'N'Cow team opened LUCA in Sanur on 16 May 2026. The two floors are dressed in warm neutrals, with an open grill and a dry-ageing cabinet in the dining room and a cocktail lounge above.

The beef is Australian and Japanese, running from a Stockyard Gold ribeye of 250 g to A5 Miyazaki cuts and a 1 kg MB9 wagyu tomahawk that feeds two or three. We'd start with bone marrow and beef ragout, add mafaldine with short rib, then carry a barrel-aged Negroni upstairs. The dress code is smart casual, so leave singlets and wet board shorts at the villa.
