Izakaya by OKU is the Japanese restaurant at The Apurva Kempinski Bali in Nusa Dua, inspired by OKU Japanese Restaurant in Jakarta. The bistro-chic dining room is built around an open kitchen, so guests can watch and chat with the chefs as dishes are prepared. The Japanese menu is built on carefully sourced ingredients and contemporary techniques, served in a lively, convivial setting. It is open daily from 12 pm to 10.30 pm.
